Ginger B. Keys

Hi! My name is Ginger Keys and I am currently a student at Base Camp Coding Academy in Water Valley, MS! Thank you so much for visiting my portfolio! Base Camp teaches me how to better myself as a person and as a Software Developer. Base Camp is really important to me and has influenced my life. My family has also greatly influenced me as a person. I graduated from Magee High School in May of 2018. I am the youngest of 4 and I have 3 half siblings. I grew up in Simpson County, about 3 and half hours from Water Valley. I am so grateful for Base Camp and my family for the role that they play in my life.

Some of my favorite things are Broadway musicals (Hamilton: an American Revolution, Legally Blonde the Musical Tour, Dear Evan Hansen, Kinky Boots, Mean Girls the Musical, etc), a podcast named My Favorite Murder, and a band called Pentatonix. I also enjoy reading and sometimes writing in my spare time. One of the biggest inspirations in my life is my father. He passed away in 2014 and he helped me be who I am currently. Although I am semi far away from some of my biggest supporters, Base Camp has truly changed my life. I am still adding things, if you want to see them, come back again!
